Ayala Land, the leading real estate developer in the country, will launch its newest residential project at the Ayala North Point in Talisay City on July 16.
Called The Gardens at Ayala North Point, this subdivision has 86 lots but will have an initial offering of 34 lots, classified as village prime lots, trail lots, trail prime, and trail prime lots, Ayala Land Premiere head Giggio Jugo said at yesterday's briefing.
The Gardens boasts of four sanctuaries - Aroma, Vista, Terra and Aria - with nature's gifts to delight the senses, he said.
"Ayala North Point's final phase brings a distinct, greener, living experience with four themed gardens that awaken the senses. The gardens are designed to help residents commune with nature and connect with families and friends in the lush outdoors," their primer reads.
Positioned as the premier residential address in Negros, Ayala North Point is the only subdivision in Western Visayas with an existing village management program which ensures customer satisfaction, comfort and security, the primer added.
Ayala Land VisMin project division manager said The Gardens is a P200-million development inclusive of land and with more investments being planned.
Jugo said they are positive that Negrenses and those from nearby provinces will invest into this latest project of Ayala Land as the company had established its reputation as the prime real estate developer in the country.
Therese Borromeo, Ayala Land Negros Branch head, said they offer attractive packages for early buyers and easier payment terms for those interested to live in The Gardens.
